Calling all crafters!
Stampede by the Sea is raising essential funds for Weldmar Hospicecare, who provide specialist end of life care in Dorset, for adults living with a life limiting illness. The charity also supports their loved ones through what can be one of life’s most difficult journeys.
We’ll be setting up a pop up headquarters and shop for Stampede by the Sea, and we would love to include some items for sale that have been lovingly made by the local crafting community.
Would you consider knitting or crocheting elephants for our shop? We have identified two very cost effective patterns that you can download online, or feel free to create your own!
Your creations can be made in any colour, and all of the toys can be dropped into Weldmar Hospicecare’s offices in Poundbury, or Inpatient Unit in Dorchester. Alternatively, contact us on stampede@weld-hospice.org.uk.
